Choose your Christmas tree.

Davidson Christmas Tree Farm invites families to its Carroll County fields, with over 60 acres of trees to choose from. The farm lists a price for each of twelve varieties, and every cut-your-own tree carries that variety’s flat price up to 7 feet, with $15 added for each foot over 7.

The farm’s price page lists a maximum cut-your-own height for each variety, from 6 feet for Serbian spruce to 13 feet for white pine, and the home page adds that the farm has a few trees up to 18 feet tall. A pre-cut lot offers limited pre-cut Fraser and Balsam fir up to 13 feet, and the farm says a large selection is still available in the field to cut your own.

Shaking, netting and drilling are included if necessary. The Maryland Christmas Tree Association’s member listing for the farm adds that tree carts and saws are available, that cutting and loading help is available, and that live balled-and-burlapped Colorado blue spruce and Norway spruce are offered; the farm’s own pages do not mention those services.
