Cathole Bend Christmas Trees

Cathole Bend offers fir and spruce cutting at the end of Cathole Bend Road near Lancaster. Saws, tree shaking and wrapping support the trip from field to vehicle, and wreaths, swags and loose greens offer smaller ways to bring home Christmas greenery.

The farm visit.

Cut a tree or choose smaller greenery

Saws are provided, and trees can be shaken and baled or wrapped. Restrooms are available. Wreaths, swags and other greens are separate purchases.

The notice described a limited selection of suitable fir and spruce. Ask about the selection before making a special trip.

The farm is at the end of the road

From US 27 in Lancaster, take Highway 52 toward Danville for 0.8 mile, then Highway 1150 south for 2.8 miles. At the Dix River bridge, continue down Cathole Bend Road without crossing the bridge; the road ends at the farm.
