Nieman’s Christmas Tree Farm
Nieman’s grows the trees it sells at its Sulphur Lane farm, with Fraser fir at the center of the selection. Families can make an appointment to choose and tag a tree before the busy selling period, then return for pickup after staff cut it. During tree sales, visitors can also choose a tree for staff to cut or use a supplied saw themselves.

Fraser fir makes up the main selection, with a smaller number of white pine, white fir and blue spruce. The farm describes trees from 6–12 feet and taller.

The farm visit.
Tag early or choose during tree sales
Weekend appointments from September through November let visitors walk the farm and reserve a tree ahead of pickup. After choosing, arrange the collection date and time; the crew cuts the tagged tree shortly before that pickup.
During sales, choosing and taking a tree home on the same visit is another option. Staff can do the cutting and loading, or lend a saw to visitors who prefer to cut their own. The farm supplies ties and helps load self-cut trees too.
Payment and the trip home
Cash, checks and cards are accepted. Card payments add a 3% service fee, so include that when comparing the final cost.
From Man o’ War Boulevard, follow Todds Road east across Interstate 75 and continue about a mile and a half to Sulphur Lane on the right. The farm is on the right side of Sulphur Lane.
