Fragrant firs
Balsam and Fraser fir have short, fragrant needles. Both are among Evergreen Avenue’s main field choices, with balsam advertised up to eleven feet.
Long, soft white pine
The nursery describes white pine’s long, soft needles. Evergreen Avenue advertises field white pine up to thirteen feet.
Formal blue spruce
Colorado blue spruce has a formal shape and sharp needles. It is included in Evergreen Avenue’s main field selection.
Citrus-scented concolor
Concolor fir has soft, longer needles and a citrus fragrance in the nursery’s description; this variety is listed in the Evergreen Avenue fields.
Broken Arrow’s Evergreen Avenue branch has its own field selection. The current operator list describes balsam fir up to eleven feet, Douglas fir up to twelve feet and white pine up to thirteen feet, alongside Fraser fir, Colorado blue spruce and concolor fir, with limited Korean fir. Check the particular size and variety available rather than transferring the stock list from Broken Arrow Road.
Precut Fraser, balsam, Turkish and Douglas fir and white pine range from tabletop sizes to fourteen feet and are priced individually by height. Field trees over five feet previously cost $82 including tax, shaking and baling. Potted trees are another option, with planting guidance from the nursery.

Cutting and handling
Measure your ceiling and check your stand before coming. Saws and measuring poles are supplied, and no power saws of any kind are allowed. Field trees over five feet were previously priced at $82, including sales tax, shaking and baling; ask about the price of smaller trees or a particular precut before buying. Leashed dogs and restrooms are listed.
Seasonal opening and leashed dogs
The current tree season runs November 21 through Christmas Eve. The nursery recommends weekdays for a quieter visit and identifies November 27–29 and December 5–6 as its busiest days. The association’s previously published clock hours are weekdays 10am–4:30pm and weekends 8:30am–4:30pm, with Thanksgiving closed; confirm those hours for your chosen branch. The price page still gives previous-season rates, so a new opening announcement does not confirm a new price.
The nursery’s general dog policy asks for friendly, well-behaved dogs kept on a leash and under control, immediate cleanup with your own bags, and no access to container-production areas. Nursery dogs may sometimes be loose, so call ahead if that matters to your dog. The preference to leave pets at home during busy spring nursery shopping is not a Christmas pet ban.
Handmade wreaths and holiday greenery
The nursery makes wreaths with traditional and less common greens, including holly and winterberry. Finished wreaths range from small door sizes to large pieces, with premade choices and custom orders. The published price ranges below vary by size and decoration; confirm the new seasonal price before ordering. Greens, roping, stands and tree accessories are sold alongside the trees.

Choosing a potted tree
Potted trees are also offered. If planning to plant one after Christmas, the nursery recommends preparing a hole before the ground freezes, keeping the tree indoors no more than seven to ten days and keeping its soil ball moist without waterlogging. An unheated garage or porch can help bridge the temperature change before planting. Ask staff about the specific tree and planting conditions.
The Evergreen barn and entrance
The heated barn sells handmade wreaths, holly, greens, roping and stands, and includes a collection of antique tree stands. Use 680 Evergreen Avenue: the entrance is opposite Dickerman Street. This is a separate visitor branch from Broken Arrow Road, with its own field stock.
Professional photography by appointment
Professional sessions require an advance appointment and are scheduled outside the tree-selling season. At Broken Arrow Road, the published window runs from November 1 until tree sales begin; Evergreen Avenue is available for much of the year before its tree season. Contact Burton Jaynes through the nursery about fees and availability. A tree-shopping visit does not reserve a client photo session.
