Earlier tree price comparisons

Heidrich’s earlier price guide separates species, height and Premium or #1 grades. The examples below show how a taller tree or a different grade changes the budget. They are earlier published prices, rather than a quote for the new season or a promise that each grade is in stock.

The linked earlier guide includes other height bands, including Premium natural white fir examples from 14–18 feet. Ask about the actual tall trees available and check the renewed prices before making a price-specific trip.

Match the tree to a stand

The earlier guide lists four Cinco stands, with different trunk capacities and water reservoirs. Each has a spill guard and a large base with pre-drilled attachment points. Compare the trunk diameter as well as tree height when choosing; the listed stand features do not establish an included drilling service.

These stand prices come from the earlier guide. Confirm the current model, capacity and price with the nursery before relying on a particular stand for your tree.

Greenery made at the nursery

The wreath selection includes Fraser fir, mixed greens and white fir, sold decorated or undecorated. Staff make the white fir wreaths using boughs collected in the Wet Mountains, and also make centerpieces, ornaments, scented pinecones and stovetop scent blends. An undecorated wreath leaves room for your own ribbon and ornaments; a finished one is ready to take home.

Garland, bough bundles, tree stands, preservative and watering funnels round out the supplies. Absorption mats, local-artist wooden cutouts and handmade swags or centerpieces add further choices; check the actual finished pieces and current prices.

The earlier price guide distinguishes bare and decorated wreaths by approximate outside diameter. The white fir wreaths are handmade in Colorado; their smaller ring sizes explain why the finished outside dimensions are larger. Bulk custom wreath orders are arranged with staff and depend on supplies, with bulk bough cutting planned early.

Holiday supplies in one stop

The earlier guide also lists practical tree supplies and finishing touches for greenery. Compare the water-spout and disposal bag with what you already have at home, then allow separately for roping, bows or a wreath hanger. Renewed prices and availability need checking.

The guide lists an 8-ounce preservative bottle at $3.79 with a stated eight-gallon mixing yield. That is a product listing, rather than a requirement to add preservative to your tree water.

Coffee dates, music and the trip home

The Christmas visit includes music, cocoa and a photo opportunity with Hank the Sasquatch. Check drink prices and the actual photo arrangements; a listed opportunity does not establish a free package or an appearance at every hour.

The current coffee programme names two vendors over separate weekends. Their service windows below are useful when planning that treat, but they do not describe every day or hour the tree lot is open. The earlier Caffeinated Creations programme has been replaced by these advertised dates.

Keep the freshly cut trunk in water, check the reservoir daily and position the tree away from heaters, fireplaces and other heat sources. The nursery’s separate landscape planting and delivery prices apply to rooted nursery stock, rather than an included cut-tree delivery or setup service.

Plan an early purchase or a gift

The official Christmas kickoff is Black Friday, with special selling hours beginning then. Earlier arrivals are announced through the optional email list. You can buy early and arrange collection after Black Friday, but the tree must be picked up by December 18. Tall trees can be selected quickly, so discuss the actual range and holding arrangements with staff.

Rechargeable gift cards can be bought in any amount for nursery stock. The team also offers wish-list and special-occasion registry help. Ask about the exact card use you have in mind; the page does not demonstrate an online Christmas-tree checkout.

The general Hank’s Rewards programme earns one point per $25, each worth 50¢ for a future eligible purchase, with points expiring after 18 months of inactivity and no cash value. Redemption excludes Christmas-related items. Its general military promotion gives active-duty, retired and veteran customers and spouses 5% off regular-price purchases; the archived Christmas page separately states $5 off a tree for active or retired duty military. Ask which holiday offer applies rather than adding them together.

Holiday purchase and recycling conditions

Cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garland and centerpieces have no replacement guarantee. The landscape plant guarantee does not cover those holiday goods. The general cancellation policy refunds uncollected purchases in full within seven days; after seven days it allows store credit only with a 10% cancellation or restocking charge. Returned plants must be in perfect condition as assessed by staff. Confirm the terms before a held-tree purchase.

The Christmas page links to separate community recycling programmes. The currently linked TreeCycle schedule is the previous winter’s programme: suggested minimum donation $5, personal trees only and no commercial loads. Its instructions require removal of stands, spikes, lights, plastic, twine and garland. Use the programme’s own renewed dates and sites; it is not a nursery dropoff promise.

Canes for Veterans is a separate suggested-$15 curbside collection supporting handmade veteran canes. Its linked notice still says SaturdayJanuary 4, without establishing the next collection date. Confirm that programme’s renewed arrangements before leaving a tree out.
