Summerland offers freshly cut Christmas trees alongside its indoor plant and gift shop. This is a retail shop visit in Skyway Plaza on Arcturus Drive, with a coffee bar close at hand while you browse.
The shop’s earlier tree catalog included Canaan fir in 5–10-foot sizes, Fraser fir, white pine and native white fir. Those entries describe useful choices to ask about, but the current storefront does not establish which varieties are ready to buy. Check the shop’s new tree selection before planning around a particular species or height.
Earlier online tree listings described staff selecting and holding a purchased tree for pickup within one week. Confirm the renewed ordering process with Summerland before relying on that arrangement.

The full-service coffee bar uses locally roasted coffee and offers signature drinks as well as familiar coffee orders. It makes this a comfortable stop for combining the tree search with a drink and a look around the shop.
Inside, Summerland carries a rotating houseplant selection and an eclectic gift range: food items such as mustards and sauces, soaps and skincare, candles and other unusual finds. The Christmas visit adds festive décor and gifts; outdoor garden stock follows its own seasons.
