Choose your Christmas tree.
Choose a balsam fir at Isham’s Williston farm. The farm recommends coming early in December for the best selection and describes raising trees without herbicides, insecticides or pesticides.
The country-store and trail offerings have their own scope; a tree purchase does not automatically book a private event or professional photography session.

The country store has a wood stove, cocoa, apple cider, wreaths and decorations for a pause beside the tree search.

More Experiences
The 1.3-mile Oak View Hill trail is open year round for walking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Picnic tables are available around the grounds; carry out litter.
Summer berries and the farmers market, fall festivals, the maze and theater follow separate calendars. Theater audiences may arrive an hour before a performance to picnic. Weddings are separately arranged, with a barn that is neither heated nor air-conditioned; these arrangements do not describe ordinary Christmas-tree access. The country store sells farm maple products.
The summer berry outing has its own picking season. Keep children from chasing the chickens that help with pest control, and leave dogs at home. School or organization maze tours need an inquiry.
| Experience | Season / arrangement |

Private gatherings in the barn
Birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, memorials and concerts are separately arranged with the farm. Indoor and outdoor spaces include a stage, audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, parking, and tables and chairs for up to 200 guests; contact the farm to discuss a tour and the event.
Wedding rentals run May–October and need a contract and 50% deposit. The barn has no built-in heating or air conditioning; guests arrange their chosen food caterer, setup and cleanup. Ask about required bar and music vendors before making a plan.
