Friends of Stamford High’s tree sale is a volunteer fundraiser at the school lot, 55 Strawberry Hill Avenue. Parents, students, teachers and staff run the sale to support the school community. The earlier November district announcement offered fresh-cut trees 5–9 feet tall from $65 and evergreen wreaths at $25. Treat those older prices as examples, with the new price, tax and available sizes to be confirmed.
The tree-sale poster on FOSH’s current school-year events page gives the day after Thanksgiving, 9 am–6 pm; Saturdays and Sundays, 9 am–6 pm; and Mondays–Fridays, 5–8 pm. It does not carry a new price list or a numeric opening date. The earlier district notice said sales continued until sold out, so check the organizers’ latest stock notice before an evening visit.

Tree sale and holiday fair
The separate past November 29 Holiday Shopping Fair ran 9:30 am–3 pm in the gym, with free admission and parking behind the school off Hillandale Avenue. More than 50 vendors, a food court, free kids’ crafts, face painting, raffles and music made it a longer school outing. Professional family photos required a new toy or monetary donation to Toys For Tots. Check for a renewed fair announcement; these activities do not run every tree-sale day.
