Choose your Christmas tree.
Dolan’s visit begins with choosing a tree to tag after Thanksgiving, then returning when you are ready to bring it home. The farm describes trees grown from seedlings over five to seven years and offers handmade wreaths using its own greens. The operator FAQ posts $60 for a tree regardless of size, with cash and Venmo accepted; tax treatment is not stated.
The association lists Douglas, Canaan and concolor fir and blue, Wilson, Norway and white spruce, with trees ranging from small specimens to more than eight feet. The operator FAQ also names balsam fir and describes blue spruce as coming stock, so ask which varieties are ready rather than treating every listed species as guaranteed. Some trimmed trees have five-to-six-foot tops.

Tagging, cutting and bringing it home
The opening tagging event is described as the Sunday after Thanksgiving from 11am. Call the farm to arrange cutting or collection, including a visit outside the posted hours. You can cut and carry, or ask staff to cut the tree, haul it to the car and help tie it on. Saws and tractor help are listed; wrapping is explicitly unavailable.
Cocoa, tractor rides and the tagging gathering
Bring gloves, rope and a tarp, and wear shoes suitable for uneven ground. Well-behaved dogs may come on a leash. The farm has restrooms. Complimentary hot cocoa or cider is offered after choosing the tree. The farm also describes tractor rides, an outdoor firepit and children’s activities; confirm availability, ride times and any charge, since these are not stated as included with a tree or with hauling help.
The farm describes its annual tagging kickoff as a barn gathering on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Guests may bring a covered dish or dessert to share. Confirm the current gathering and invitation details when arranging a tagging visit; that does not book a private event.
Visit times and private events
The operator currently posts Thursday–Friday noon–4pm and weekends 10am–4pm from December 6, or by chance; its association profile instead gives weekends 11am–4:30pm. Neither calendar states a season year, so call before relying on the exact dates or weekend hours.
The restored barn, patio, firepit and yard can separately be hired for gatherings. The farm describes 40–50 guests, with additional services needed for groups up to 90. Private event arrangements are separate from the tree visit.
