Choose your Christmas tree.
Silver Bell Farm’s current Christmas offering is fresh precut trees, with handmade wreaths and festive greenery while available. Check the current weekend tree list and availability before travelling; a linked end-of-season clearance sheet is not the normal price schedule for a new season.
The latest tree-handling description includes shaking and baling, a fresh base cut on request and twine for transport. Loading is self-service, with help if needed. Ask about the selected tree’s current price and height rather than applying the old clearance tiers to all trees.
The farm visit.
Daytime Santa and farm activities
The daytime Santa calendar lists November 27–29, December 5–6, December 12–13 and December 19–20. Visits are 9am–noon and 1pm–3pm, subject to weekly confirmation; there are no tickets or reservations for these walk-in Santa greetings and you take your own photographs. A brief daily story is listed at 12:30–1pm. This daytime story is separate from the bookable small-group Story Time experience.
The City Sidewalk Café sells cider donuts, cocoa and other treats, and Santa’s Sleigh Shop carries candles, gifts and souvenirs. Children can use indoor and outdoor play areas and visit the goats. Daytime Barrel Train rides depend on weather and cost extra; cookie decorating and s’mores kits also have additional charges.
Daytime Santa visits are brief, usually a few minutes per family. Personal photographs are welcome, but professional equipment, tripods, lighting and private portrait sessions are not allowed. Dogs cannot visit Santa or enter the Activity Center. Lines pause for breaks and activities and may close when full; follow the day’s posted schedule, since the general FAQ’s 4pm final cutoff is later than the separate published 3pm visit sessions.
Silver Bell Nights: a separate evening outing
Silver Bell Nights is a ticketed walk through a three-quarter-mile light trail on gravel paths and carriage roads across hilly ground. Seasonal scenes, tunnels and the Dino Reserve lead toward Santa’s Tree Stand; you may take your own Santa photographs, but digital photographs are not supplied. Admission also covers the indoor play tables, outdoor playgrounds and unlimited Barrel Train rides when operating. Food, drinks and shop purchases are separate.
Everyone age 3 and older on the farm during the evening event needs a ticket, including companions staying indoors; children 2 and under are free. Advance booking is recommended and sold-out nights cannot take walk-ins. Entrances are offered every half-hour from 4:30pm, with the last entry varying by date between 7pm and 8pm. Arrive during your chosen slot or within its following 30 minutes, rather than early. Later guests typically have until at least 9:30pm, with the farm closing after groups finish within reason.
Tickets normally go on sale November 1 at 6pm. The exact current dates, prices and available entry times belong to the booking page; the general season runs from the weekend before Thanksgiving into early January. The operator estimates 30–45 minutes for the trail and roughly 1–1½ hours for the outing, with longer possible for repeat rides.
The Nights FAQ uses one ticket price for everyone who needs a ticket, with no separate child or group discount rate; children age 2 and under remain free. If a night has not sold out, a limited walk-in purchase may be possible, but check availability before travelling. Tree shopping and free daytime Santa greetings have different entry arrangements.
Evening access, weather and ticket conditions
The operator describes accessible parking and ADA-compliant Gift Shop and Activity Center, while the hilly gravel trail has device- and mobility-dependent access. Contact the farm about specific needs; staying off the trail does not remove the evening ticket requirement. Dogs are not allowed on the Silver Bell Nights trails, and outside alcohol is prohibited. Cold weather alone normally does not cancel the event; wear warm layers and sturdy footwear.
If the show runs, tickets are not refunded for nonattendance, including illness. Operator cancellation for heavy rain, a large snowstorm or another reason brings a full refund; rebooking depends on available dates. Check email, the website and social updates for cancellation notices. Transfers can be arranged by email; limited rescheduling may be possible more than a week ahead, subject to availability, but day-of illness does not qualify.
Optional purchase protection is supplied by a third party under its own terms. Protected-ticket claims and refunds go through that provider, not the farm, and the farm cannot adjust or reschedule those tickets. Claims must be made within 48 hours after the scheduled event ends, with required documentation. Read the protection terms before adding it.
Small-group Santa Story Time
The current announcement offers approximately hour-long sessions on selected December weekdays, with up to 18 children. The package includes a group story, personal Santa greeting, digital photographs and decorating a gingerbread cookie to take home. A ticket is required for each participating child decorating a cookie; adults are free, as are accompanying siblings under 2 who do not decorate. The event is not recommended for children under age 2, and the farm asks groups to limit accompanying guests to two per participating child.
Arrive about 10 minutes early and check in inside the Activity Center. Digital photographs should arrive by email within 24 hours; contact events@silverbellfarm.com if they have not arrived. Personal photos are also welcome. Reservations normally open in early November; check the current session price and availability.
Full refunds are offered through one week before a session, with none for cancellation less than a week beforehand, including illness. Sessions are indoors and run in all weather, so plan to attend in snow if the farm remains open. If Santa cannot attend or the farm must close, it will try to reschedule the session or add time elsewhere.
Email the events team for a transfer, wait-list place or rescheduling request; another date depends on availability. Dogs are not allowed at Story Time or inside the Activity Center. Optional purchase-protection claims are handled separately by the third-party provider, with its documentation and 48-hour claim deadline; buying protection does not change the farm’s own refund rules.
Another season: autumn on the farm
The latest fall program runs weekends September 19–October 25 plus October 12, 10am–5pm. Entry, play areas, outdoor games, goat barnyard and access to the pumpkin patch are free; purchases and most other activities cost extra. Posted individual rides, corn maze and bounce-house wristbands are generally$5, while the separately advertised train-and-bounce package is$12; confirm the current inclusions rather than assuming the package is a discount. Outdoor activities depend on weather.
The café, gift boutique, pumpkin and produce stand, ice cream counter and rotating food trucks provide separate purchases. These autumn rides and prices do not establish Christmas activity inclusions.
Separate fall school and educational trips
The published autumn field-trip package is for schools, daycares and educational groups from pre-K through grade 4, on selected September/October weekdays. Staff guide the group through a tractor-pulled wagon ride, Barrel Train ride, sugar-pumpkin decorating with a pumpkin to take home, and a farm activity such as a story or scavenger hunt. Games and activities include time with the goats. Corn-maze entry depends on availability; groups may stay for lunch after their scheduled activities.
Trips usually start between 9:30am and 10am and last about 1½–2 hours. Groups of all sizes are considered: 80 or more students may reserve a private date, while smaller groups may share the day with another school or group. These are separate autumn arrangements, with no Christmas activity or admission inclusion.
For an arrangement, email events@silverbellfarm.com with the school/group and educator contact details, students’ ages or grades, preferred dates and times, student/educator/chaperone numbers and the number of classrooms. The farm can discuss adjustments to the standard program; confirm the applicable season and date availability.
| Participant | Rate | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Student | $12 | Pre-K through grade 4; guided fall package |
| Parent or chaperone | $5 | Per accompanying parent/chaperone |
| Teachers and school staff | Free | No charge under the published school package |
Separate fall birthday-party packages
The published fall party season covers weekends September 19–October 25, with a covered pavilion or 20-by-30-foot party tent subject to availability. Standard start times are 10am and 2pm. Both packages cover a two-hour party for up to 15 children, including the birthday child, plus half an hour beforehand to set up and half an hour afterward to clean up.
Extra children beyond the 15 included are allowed to a maximum of 20: the add-on list charges $5 each for DIY and $15 each for Fall Harvest, for additional children over age 1. The party brochure is marked as a work in progress and says all prices may change during its published fall season. Confirm the applicable season, package and extras with events@silverbellfarm.com.

|---|---|---|
| DIY party | $250 | Dedicated party space with picnic, serving and additional present/cake/favor tables; one facilitator helps set up and clean up. Paid activities and other add-ons are separate. |
| Fall Harvest party | $485 | Party coordinator helps with setup, cleanup and activities; a tractor-pulled wagon carries about 25–30 guests, with a silver-bell stop and pumpkin picking/decorating to take home. Includes 30 minutes of free play and 30 minutes for cake/food, juice boxes and water, six dozen mini cider donuts served family-style or in 24 bags of three, children’s cake paper goods/utensils, seasonal decorations, tablecloths and balloons. Bring your own cake and food. |
Optional fall party add-ons
These published extras are available for DIY and themed parties and have separate charges. Some items are already included in Fall Harvest; select extras to suit the package. Bounce-house use depends on availability, and its private-rental rate applies only while the farm is closed to the public. The work-in-progress brochure makes every quoted price subject to change.
| Extra | Price | Condition |

| One additional party hour | $125 | Extends the party; bounce-house extension has its own rate |
| Fall Harvest décor | $75 | Tablecloths, cake cutlery/napkins/plates, balloons and fall decorations |
| Helium balloons | $20 per dozen | Optional extra |
| Juice box and water | $2 per child | One of each |
