Choose your Christmas tree.
Lot One is Seekonk Tree Farm’s Christmas-store and precut-tree location. Ordinary fresh-cut trees run from about 3 feet to 8–9 feet, with the farm’s extra-large trees reaching 22 feet offered here while available. This is the lot to ask about a tall room or commercial display; the larger sizes are not promised at the other two lots.
A separate pretagging program lets visitors select from designated Lot One trees on Saturdays starting October 3, 10am–3pm. Arrange the harvest and pickup with the farm: staff cut and bale these tagged trees, and customers do not cut them themselves. The shared variety list includes Fraser and concolor fir, Meyer spruce, smaller white pine and a fir named “Cannon” by the operator; ask which varieties and sizes are available in the selected lot.
The farm visit.
The Christmas store and a later pickup
The store carries holiday decorations and gifts alongside the precut selection. Its latest posted shop calendar runs November 21–Christmas Eve, daily 9am–4:30pm, with a 2:30pm finish on Christmas Eve. That shop calendar is separate from October tagging and should be checked against the farm’s latest hours before travelling.
Gift cards are purchased in person at the shop. Santa visits Lot One on a separately announced date; use the farm’s current social schedule before planning a Santa outing. Professional photo sessions require booking and a location fee; arrange the shoot with the farm through its Photography page.
Preparing the tree for home
The farm offers shaking, baling, vehicle-securing assistance and drilling for Stand Strait stands. Drilling is free on request; local delivery carries a fee and needs arranging. Tree prices and the other service charges should be confirmed for the chosen tree. Dogs must be leashed.
The hand-saw rule on the shared FAQ applies to its cutting areas: hand saws are supplied and chainsaws are prohibited. Lot One’s tagged-tree service is staff-cut, so do not harvest a tagged tree yourself. Summer flowers and the year-round wood shed have separate seasons and payment arrangements.
Other seasons at Lot One
Summer cut flowers follow their own season. The year-round self-service wood shed sells firewood bundles and garden stakes, using its drop box, Venmo or PayPal arrangements. Those payment methods are specifically published for the wood shed; ask separately about Christmas-tree payment.
Compare Seekonk’s three lots
Lot One has the main Christmas store, extra-large precuts and the separately arranged staff-cut pretagging program. Lots Two and Three each offer choose-and-cut and ordinary precuts; use the particular lot’s address and ask about its selling hours.
