Choose your Christmas tree.
Randall’s published holiday selection includes precut Fraser and balsam fir around 4–10 feet at the Center Street branch. Greens, garlands, swags, kissing balls and holiday arrangements are sold alongside the trees. Confirm the sizes and current price list before travelling.
The farm market also offers gourmet baskets, food, candy and wine. Published pickup and delivery language refers to arrangements and baskets, rather than establishing tree delivery or free handling. Ask specifically about loading and transport for the tree you choose.

The farm visit.
Holiday hours at the farm market
The current operator contact page lists general daily hours of 7am–8pm. The latest detailed holiday calendar separately gives Christmas Eve 7am–5pm and Christmas Day closed. Confirm the actual tree-opening date and holiday exceptions before travelling; ordinary market hours do not promise a particular tree remains in stock.
Use 631 Center Street in Ludlow and the matched 413-589-7071 farm-market contact. Check payment, handling and any access needs directly when confirming availability.
Food shopping and seasonal ice cream
The farm market combines a bakery, deli, prepared meals, groceries, produce and greenhouse flowers. These are separate food or gift purchases alongside a tree visit. The published catering menu requires at least 48 hours’ notice for all catering orders and deliveries; prices and availability can change with product supply. Arrange the current menu and order by telephone.
Elsie’s walk-up creamery closes for winter, but packaged half gallons are offered in the store. Check that counter’s actual season rather than planning a winter visit around the summer ice-cream stand. Past bakery cutoffs, wine promotions and fall contests do not establish current offers.
Gourmet gift baskets are made fresh for each order. The announced selection is ordered in person or by telephone; online ordering is not offered. Basket orders, catering deliveries and any tree transport have separate arrangements, so do not treat the food-service delivery notice as a Christmas-tree delivery offer.
Arriving from the Massachusetts Turnpike
The operator directs visitors from exit 54 on Route 90 onto Center Street, then straight for about a mile, with the farm and greenhouse on the left. Use 631 Center Street in Ludlow. The published fax line is separate from the farm-market voice number.
Gourmet gift-basket choices
The published basket menu offers ten food-and-drink combinations, freshly made to order. Every listed basket can be requested gluten-free, with a price that may vary. During high-volume periods such as the holidays, the farm does not accept custom baskets or substitutions to the listed menu. Order in person or by telephone; online gift-basket ordering is not offered.
