Choose your Christmas tree.
The Hilltown Christmas Place opens next to Paul’s Sugar House from November 1 through December 24 each year in the published operator program. Paul cuts trees fresh every few days and wreaths are made at the sugarhouse. Ask about the available tree species, sizes and individual prices before travelling.
The gift shop features work from more than 70 local artisans and craftspeople, alongside maple syrup, cream, candy and granulated sugar. Maple-cream-filled chocolate cups are a particular shop offering. Gift purchases are separate from the tree price.

Use 28 Goshen Road, Route 9, Williamsburg, and 413-268-3544 to check the current shop clock hours, tree selection and any wrapping or loading arrangements. The annual November 1–December 24 program gives a season rather than a daily timetable.
Maple season and year-round products
The official maple profile publishes March weekend visits 10am–5pm, with tours and free samples. Call to confirm boiling and visit arrangements;the sugarhouse does not keep set off-season hours. Maple products are available throughout the year by arrangement, and the operator offers syrup shipping.
The special March maple-weekend event and an old fried-dough-trailer announcement have their own past dates;they do not establish a future event or refreshments during Christmas-tree shopping.
