Choose your Christmas tree.
Mockingbird Hill separates its tree choices by format. The fields grow Scotch and white pine, Norway and blue spruce, and Fraser, concolor and Douglas fir. The precut offering is balsam and Fraser fir, while living Colorado blue spruce is available for planting after Christmas. Prices depend on species, size and symmetry; check the current selection before making a trip for one variety. Only trees marked with coloured flagging are for sale.
The farm can cut a selected field tree or let you cut it. Staff shake loose needles from the tree, net it and label it with your name, then help carry it to your vehicle. For insurance reasons the crew does not tie the tree onto the vehicle, so plan to secure it yourself.

Weekends at the greenhouse
The Christmas program describes weekend hayrides and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the greenhouse while trees are prepared. Poinsettias, wreaths, roping and centerpieces are also part of the established holiday offering. Santa appearances and any special activities need their own current announcement.
Confirm the visiting arrangements
The latest dated opening was November 29, 10am–5pm. Its previous program then ran Friday noon–5pm and Saturday–Sunday 10am–5pm, with back fields closing at 4pm. A separate retained panel says reservations only and lists older, conflicting dates. Confirm the new opening, appointment requirements and selling arrangements directly before travelling.
Holiday decorating beyond the farm
The business also offers paid decorating for homes and offices, inside and outdoors. Its advertised equipment reaches 62 feet, with wreaths up to 48 inches and outdoor-tree decoration up to 50 feet. Arrange the design, site access, timing and quote separately; the lift is working equipment for the decorating service rather than a visitor attraction.
A separate firewood offering
The business also publishes a separate firewood service in full, half and quarter cords, with a full cord measured at 128 cubic feet. One-cubic-foot bundles include a handle and fire-starter square. Custom four-to-five-foot split hardwood or softwood lengths can be requested by order. These products and terms are separate from buying or transporting a Christmas tree.
The firewood page retains a sold-out notice from an earlier season, so its product list is not proof of current availability. Ask for the actual product, price and destination quote. Published local delivery is free within the business’s normal travel range, which is not numerically defined; deliveries farther away have a distance charge. The operator describes six to eight months of drying after cutting and splitting, not a promise that newly processed wood is ready to burn. Cordwood is not offered wholesale, while the small bundles may be supplied wholesale to retail stores.
