Choose your Christmas tree.

Meadowbrook Farm specializes in Fraser fir precuts, with its Christmas page describing sizes from tabletop trees to 14 feet. This is seasonal retail in November and December, distinct from the farm’s other growing seasons; confirm the height and variety actually in stock before travelling.

Staff give the tree a fresh stump cut, wrap it, rope it and load it onto your vehicle. The operator does not state that every handling step is free, so check the total price and any service charge with the selected tree.

Greenery and the farm visit

Wreaths and kissing balls are available through the farm’s linked Christmas sections, making it possible to choose outdoor decorations as well as a tree. The nursery, berry and produce seasons are separate offerings and do not establish Christmas field cutting.

Use 185 Meadowbrook Road in East Longmeadow. The current operator contact is 413-525-8588; confirm seasonal opening hours, payment and available stock before setting out.

Berries and other farm seasons

Strawberries are a separate June pick-your-own/prepicked crop, and blueberries follow in July/August. The berry-picking branch is at 81 Parker Street, with cash-only picking arrangements and weather/supply updates;do not use those rules as the tree shop’s payment policy. Earlier berry closure notices belong to their own season, so check a renewed picking announcement before travelling.

Spring plants, fall mums and seasonal produce are other shopping choices at the farm. The Christmas selection is precut;the tree-preparation cutting service refreshes the base rather than establishing a choose-and-cut field.

Greens for doors and indoor displays

The linked Christmas sections distinguish wreaths for doors, walls or table arrangements from hanging kissing balls made with evergreen foliage, holly and herbs, sometimes with mistletoe. Ask which designs and sizes are available when choosing the tree; no universal greenery price or decorating package is posted. The tree shop is off Route 83 at 185 Meadowbrook Road.
