Choose your Christmas tree.
Marini’s tree lot offers precut Fraser and balsam firs in a range of sizes. The holiday shop opens November 13, while trees are scheduled to arrive November 21–22; those are different parts of the holiday opening. Decorated and undecorated wreaths, roping and other greenery sit alongside gifts and baked goods in the farmstand.
The dedicated Christmas schedule runs daily 8:30am–6pm November 13–25, closes on Thanksgiving, then extends to 8pm from November 27 through December. Check the actual tree arrival and remaining selection before making an early holiday-shopping trip specifically for a tree.

Tree Jubilee and hands-on events
The Tree Jubilee raffles more than 100 decorated trees and wreaths to support the Ipswich Humane Group. It is a separate holiday fundraising event rather than the price of a tree from the lot.
Wreath-making and children’s cookie-decorating events have their own bookings. Check each event’s date, ticket and age arrangements before adding it to your visit. Holiday baked goods and hot chocolate are available in the farm setting; autumn corn-maze opening hours do not apply to Christmas shopping.
Wreath-decorating parties
The heated-greenhouse wreath party includes one 12-inch wreath with greens, berries, ribbon, wire and decorations for each ticketed adult aged 18 or over. A larger wreath is an extra-cost upgrade. Every attendee needs a wreath ticket; children attend only specifically designated parent-child sessions.
Tickets are nonrefundable. If you cannot attend, email the farm about collecting a kit instead. Check the actual event listing for its date, fee and remaining tickets; the public ticket page could not be read completely, so no current price or booking availability is asserted.
More experiences in the growing season
The autumn outing centers on a seven-acre, 18-station corn maze taking roughly 90 minutes, with a smaller one-acre/five-station maze around 20 minutes. Its separate admission also gives access to activities such as hayrides, a cow train, jumping pillow, 50-foot slide, duck races, rope maze and barnyard. These are autumn attractions, not Christmas-tree inclusions. Published maze admission is $19.99 online or $22.99 at the gate for ages 3+, with children 2 and under free alongside a paying adult; children 13 and under need a paying adult in the maze. Check the autumn calendar and weather notices before booking.
Maze paths are natural, uneven and rocky, with two bridges. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcomed and staff can arrange a bridge bypass, but this is not a promise of level access throughout. The FAQ prohibits pets on the property and in the farmstand, with a service-dog exception; an old special dog-maze weekend is not ordinary pet permission.
Seasonal party tents are $200 plus $18.99 per guest aged 3+, for up to 50 people, two hours plus 30 minutes setup and five picnic tables; guests may bring food and nonalcoholic drinks. Private campfires are $200 per 15 people for one hour with an attendant, round-trip hayride and s’mores, with maze admission extra. Field trips and private-park visits are quoted separately. Summer strawberry, flower and lavender picking follow crop announcements. The bakery’s cider donuts, muffins, pies, cookies and coffee provide a separate food choice, including holiday items during Christmas shopping.
Autumn party tents
The September/October tent offer is $200 rental plus a $18.99 admission ticket for each guest aged 3 or over. The group limit is 50 guests, with children 2 and under not counted toward that total. Every adult and child aged 3+ needs an admission wristband, including guests who do not use the attractions. The tent is exclusive for two hours with 30 minutes beforehand for setup; everyone and all party items must leave it by the end of the reserved block.
The undecorated space has five six-foot picnic tables, seating about 50 adults. Bring decorations and paper goods; your own food and nonalcoholic drinks are welcome, but outside alcohol is prohibited. Party admission allows play-area use until 6pm even when the tent time ends earlier. Check in at Admissions and use the grass corn-maze parking lot for the group. Contact events@marinifarm.com about the separately booked party and its date; these autumn arrangements do not apply to Christmas-tree shopping.
| Tent time | Setup begins |
|---|---|
| 10:30am–12:30pm | 10am |
| 1:30–3:30pm | 1pm |
| 4–6pm | 3:30pm |
Autumn campfire groups
The separately booked September/October campfire offer is $200 per ring for 15 guests and one hour. It includes a staff attendant, hayrides to and from the semi-private campfire area and s’mores. Four rings are described, with the available ring and date to be confirmed. Maze admission is extra; October campfire bookings are offered a separate $18.99 maze ticket compared with the $22.99 gate rate.
The published times below distinguish Sunday campfires from October Flashlight Nights. Use the corn-maze parking area; items may be dropped off before the vehicle is moved to that lot. Ask events@marinifarm.com about the actual date and group booking. The page gives a seasonal pattern without establishing a particular year’s available slots.
| Programme | Published times | Season |
|---|---|---|
| Sunday campfires | 6pm or 7:30pm | September and October |
| Flashlight Night campfires | 6pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm or 8:30pm | October Flashlight Nights |
