Choose your Christmas tree.
Ioka Valley Farm offers concolor, Fraser and Canaan fir, with a choice between cutting in the field and selecting a fresh-cut tree at the farm stand. Weekend tree visits run from Thanksgiving to Christmas; Friday afternoons are specifically for the gift shop and fresh-cut sales.
The farm carries Stand Strait tree stands and offers tree drilling and wrapping for the trip home. Ask about the price of the chosen tree and any handling charges before purchase; the operator does not publish a tree-price list on its winter page.

The farm visit.
Warm up at the farm stand
The winter stand combines wreaths, handcrafted decorations and gifts with maple syrup, cream, granulated sugar and candy. Maple barbecue sauce, mustard, granola, barrel-aged and flavored syrups, maple lemonade and the farm’s beef provide other purchases. Products are sold year-round through the seasonal gift shop, by appointment or with scheduled online farm pickup. A woodstove and fresh popcorn are advertised during winter visits.
Santa breakfast and practical arrangements
Breakfast with Santa is separately scheduled for December 5–6, 8am–noon. It is a distinct breakfast event rather than an inclusion in a tree purchase; check the farm’s booking and price arrangements before planning around it.
Ioka has a no-pets policy. Use 3475 MA-43 for the visitor destination, rather than the post-office box; the farm is on Route 43 about half a mile from Jiminy Peak. The operator also publishes a cell contact, 413-441-5147, for call-ahead arrangements.
Spring sugarhouse and pancake meals
In maple season, visitors can watch the sugarhouse whenever sap is being boiled, generally mid-February–early April. Weekend tours and tastings run from mid-February through the first April weekend; ask about boiling before travelling. Snow and mud can still affect a spring visit.
The separate Calf-A pancake season runs weekends 8am–3pm from mid-February through the first April weekend, closed Easter Sunday. Choices include buttermilk or flavored pancakes, waffles and homemade-cinnamon-bread French toast, with bacon or sausage, applesauce, corn muffins and maple butter among the meal and side options. Drinks and desserts are separately ordered; the spring menu does not establish the Santa breakfast’s price or inclusions.
The linked Calf-A ordering menu publishes the examples below, with no service date or pickup calendar in that menu body. Confirm spring opening and the available choices with the farm; these food prices do not establish Santa-breakfast admission, Christmas opening hours or tree delivery. Tax, tip and current pickup availability are not specified here.

A separate autumn pumpkin visit
The published fall season runs September 26–October 31 on weekends and Columbus Day Monday, 10am–5:30pm. There is no general admission charge: the mini-corn maze, dress-me scarecrows, giant pumpkin house and animal visits are free. The Family Fun Play Area, Wagon Train Ride and Pumpkin Slingshot carry separate activity charges.
Pumpkins from the field are charged by weight; pumpkins in the gift area have marked prices. The autumn shop offers maple products, beef, apples/cider, cider donuts and baked treats, with roast-beef or maple-barbecue sandwiches and snacks in the Calf-A. These autumn activities and prices do not extend into the Christmas tree visit.
