Choose your Christmas tree.
Hollow Brook’s reopening program offers three ways to choose a tree at 47 Hollow Road: cut, top and trim it yourself for $40 plus tax; select one for staff to cut or top, then trim it yourself, for $60 plus tax; or choose a precut, pretrimmed tree at its marked price. These are the previous complete season’s posted offers, so confirm the renewed opening and prices before travelling.
The farm is restoring fields affected by an earlier tornado and describes a more natural, less uniform selection than a closely maintained tree plantation. Some trees are large enough that a suitable top may be chosen instead of the whole tree; arrange that cutting method with the farm rather than assuming every tall tree will fit your room. The association lists balsam, Fraser and concolor fir and blue spruce, with larger trees emphasized.
Hand saws and clippers are available to borrow at the farm stand. The lower price requires the customer to handle cutting or topping and trimming; the staff-cut option still leaves trimming to the customer. Ask about carrying, wrapping, loading and how the final height will be measured before choosing.

The stand and signed parking area
Park to the left of the farm stand, following the farm’s signs. The operator identifies 47 Hollow Road for the reopened visitor stand, resolving which of the older Hollow Road references to use for this published program.
The stand sells snacks, Hollow Brook Honey Bees products and other goods. A build-your-own wreath and garland station is also advertised; check the available greens, materials and charge when visiting. Wreaths are priced as marked.
Confirm the renewed selling program
The previous complete reopening announcement lists Thanksgiving Friday and four following Saturdays, all 10am–4pm. It does not promise Sunday or daily tree selling, and its self-service shop templates do not establish additional tree hours. Confirm the next selling season and the cutting help available before setting out.
