Choose your Christmas tree.
Hollis Hills’ Christmas tree branch is at 165 West Townsend Road in Lunenburg, the former Pierce’s location. The farm grows Fraser, balsam and concolor fir and blue spruce, with its largest choose-and-cut trees around 9 feet. Imported precut Fraser and balsam firs from another New England farm provide taller choices, up to 14 feet.
The tree farm does not offer early tagging or reservations. Check the current opening, remaining sizes and the price of your preferred tree before setting out. The latest dated tree-hours notice closed the previous season on December 6; the main farm’s autumn or restaurant hours do not supply the tree-selling calendar.

The tree-farm retail shop
The Lunenburg shop sells hand-tied and decorated wreaths, kissing balls, swags, roping and other seasonal greens. Hollis Hills’ own maple products and other local goods offer a separate gift stop alongside tree shopping.
Keep the branches separate
Use the Lunenburg tree address for cutting and precut trees. The main farm and restaurant at 340 Marshall Road in Fitchburg have their own food, picking, ice-cream and entertainment calendar; they are separate destinations. The tree-specific page lists 978-582-4723, while 978-696-3130 is the shared main-farm contact.
