Tree season: Precut Christmas trees from the day after Thanksgiving
General April–December shop daily 9am–6pm; confirm tree sales
Choose your Christmas tree.
Fletcher Farm sells premium Massachusetts-grown precut Christmas trees from the day after Thanksgiving. The operator’s winter selection names balsam, concolor and Douglas fir; confirm available heights and individual prices before travelling for a specific tree.
The seasonal greens include plain and decorated wreaths, roping, kissing balls, swags and cemetery logs, plus decorations such as birch reindeer and snowmen. The farm shop also sells dairy products, Cabot goods, beef, eggs, maple syrup and honey. A Santa and community-choir visit is described for early December; check its actual date and conditions before planning around it. Fall rides and the petting zoo have separate seasons.

The retail farm stand
Use the retail farm stand at 17 Gunn Road for seasonal trees and greens. The Farm Stand page gives this address, a map and 413-203-1350 for the shop.
The Christmas season starts the day after Thanksgiving. General April–December stand hours are daily 9am–6pm; check holiday changes and available tree stock before travelling. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Field trips and pumpkin activities have separate fall dates and admission.
Fall school groups and pumpkin visits
The announced fall field-trip program runs September 28–October 31 for pre-K through grade 4, with visits usually lasting about two hours. The$10 student price includes a hayride, small-to-medium sugar pumpkin, a carrying bag and a pumpkin-life-cycle coloring book. Teachers, chaperones and parents pay$5 unless also choosing pumpkins.
Groups can meet dairy calves, piglets and goats, use picnic tables and play among round bales, with the itinerary adapted to their needs. Reserve through fletchcows@aol.com or the group line 413-527-6888, estimate adult numbers and arrange rain plans with the farm. These are reserved autumn group activities, not Christmas-tree inclusions.
Photography and public areas
The working dairy farm is not entirely open to the public. Use designated visitor/animal areas or the announced Open House;do not roam the barns for a photo. Professional and senior-class sessions need a confirmed reservation at least two weeks ahead.
Professional sessions are weekdays only during 9am–6pm business hours, in designated areas, and cost$100 for one hour, prepaid by cash or card. Weekend professional sessions are not allowed during peak sales. Arrange the permitted area and actual seasonal hours with the owners before bringing clients.
Returning to the farm stand after Christmas
The shop remains a separate year-round food and farm-products destination. January–March uses reduced hours: Thursday–Friday noon–6pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm, compared with daily 9am–6pm in April–December. Those winter food-shop hours do not establish Christmas-tree stock after the holiday season.
