EverGreen’s Fenway lot is a ready-cut-tree stop with Fraser, balsam and silver fir and Nova Scotia naturals, from tabletop sizes up to 15 feet. Its branch page asks visitors to text before arriving to confirm opening; the published daily 9am–9pm pattern does not replace that check. Car loading is offered, with wreaths, roping, lights, kissing balls and stands alongside the trees.
You can take a tree home or arrange delivery, with stand setup available separately. The shared online catalog is a delivery offering rather than a guarantee of prices or stock at this individual lot. Base delivery reaches the building entry; carrying farther, putting the tree in a stand and later removal cost extra.
The separate tabletop balsam product is about 3–4 feet tall, priced at $69 and supplied in its stand. Its optional delivery and removal choices are separate from that included stand; check the actual product and service selection for the complete order.

Arranging the service
Cash, cards and checks are described for in-person purchases, with cards online and contactless payment at the lot. Book a delivery slot through the operator’s calendar; same-day service depends on available capacity. Setup tools are included with the setup service. Rebooking uses the calendar, while changes to an existing order go through the operator’s order-change contact.
Choose the online tree and height
The shared delivery catalog lets you compare tree height as well as variety. Balsam is the denser, fragrant option; Fraser has upturned blue-green foliage; silver fir is marketed as a slimmer balsam/Fraser hybrid; Nova Scotia naturals have a more open, imperfect shape. “Fat & Happy” and “Thin & Trim” shape choices have the same posted base price. These are online offers, not confirmation that every height or shape is on this lot.
Select the actual height, shape, destination and service for a quote. The listed tree prices below precede ZIP-dependent delivery and optional services; tax treatment is not stated. The separate $69 tabletop balsam product is about 3–4 feet tall and comes in its stand. Carrying farther, setup for other trees and removal/mulching have their own service choices. Neighborhood delivery examples
The printed delivery guide gives examples such as Fenway $60, Assembly Row $40 and East Somerville $30. It warns that rates may have changed: the destination selected in the ordering menu controls the actual charge. The tree, extra carry-in, setup and later removal are separately selected services, so compare the complete order before paying.
If your neighborhood is absent from the menu, ask the operator about a quote. You may choose a delivery date and time before or after buying the tree; when changing an existing slot, identify it as a rebooking and include the order number. The calendar’s actual available slots govern same-day service.
Published delivery service options
The shared product forms list these service charges by selected tree height. ZIP-based delivery covers the building entry; bringing the tree to its stand or setting it up adds the applicable amount below. A stand purchase is separate for the larger trees. Removal and mulching also add a location fee based on distance, beyond the height-based removal charge.
These are published product-form rules, rather than a completed order quote. The selected product, size, ZIP and services control the total. On the separate tabletop product, the form lists $25 to bring it to the stand, $12 for optional lights and a $40 removal base plus the location fee; its stand is already included. Other product selections can expose different service choices.

For larger trees, the ordering forms offer a stand and lights as additional purchases at the height-based prices below. Lights are LED mini-lights on green wire, with warm-white or multicolor choices. Buying a stand does not include the separate setup service.
