Choose your Christmas tree.
Deep Pond’s established holiday program combines Christmas trees and handmade wreaths with decorated farm buildings, lights, animals and a fire pit. The farm is admission free and welcomes all ages; trees, food, drinks and other products are separate purchases.
The year-round farm now has a Farmhouse Kitchen and Bar and a broad mix of animals. Its holiday story also describes cocoa, s’mores by the fire and weekend music. Check the current seasonal program before planning around any of those Christmas extras or a tree purchase.
The farm visit.
Animals and a meal at the farm
The farm describes more than 100 animals, including Highland cattle, horses, goats, peafowl, pigs, rabbits, donkeys, alpacas and other birds. Ask staff about animal-area access and interactions rather than assuming every animal may be fed, petted or ridden.
The food-truck kitchen menu includes an $18 smashburger with fries, $15 chicken sandwich or tenders with fries, a $15 spicy black-bean burger with chips, and $13 BLT or turkey wraps with chips. Garden salad is $10, with chicken an extra $5. Children’s $10 choices are a hot dog, grilled cheese or nuggets with chips; wings, fries and a pretzel are other separate options. Meal tax is extra. Tell the server about allergies: gluten-free options do not mean every dish is allergen safe.
The bar lists domestic draft beer from $6, IPAs at $9, wine around $7–$10 and most cocktails at $12, with the larger Deep Pond Trough at $25. Zero-proof drinks are $5 and fountain drinks $3. Food and drinks are purchases separate from free farm admission. Food delivery does not establish Christmas-tree delivery.
General opening and seasonal changes
Ordinary farm hours are Thursday 1–9pm, Friday–Saturday 1–10pm and Sunday 1–8pm, with Monday–Wednesday closed. Those are the current general hours; check the tree-sale and Christmas event update for any seasonal changes. The older Christmas evening schedule is not a renewed selling calendar.
Separately booked birthday parties
The three birthday packages each cover up to 15 children, two coordinators, two large cheese pizzas, table time and a guided farm tour. Additional children cost $20 each. The package length, pony-ride time and birthday extras differ as shown below; these rides are for booked parties, not a promise of a free ride on an ordinary farm visit.
Bring the birthday cake and plates; a cake is not supplied. Optional additions include a 30-minute character visit for $175, chicken fingers and fries at $10 per child or $20 per adult, and extra pizzas at $20. An extra 15 minutes costs $50 and excludes coordinators.
| Package | Price / length | Pony time | Other included features |
