Choose your Christmas tree.
Chickadee Hill’s published field selection has included Fraser, concolor and Canaan fir and blue, white and Norway spruce. The previously published choose-and-cut price was $100 each. Precut balsam and Fraser had separate posted height tiers:4–5 ft $50, 6–7 ft $75 and 7–8 ft $100.
Saws and twine are supplied, and staff can help cut and carry a tree to the car. The farm does not wrap trees and has no drilling machine; plan your vehicle and stand around those limits rather than expect baling or a predrilled trunk.

Ornaments, greenery and dogs
The hidden decorated-tree activity lets visitors take home an ornament, and warming by the fire pit is listed among the free activities. Wreaths and kissing balls are sold, with more choices at the farmstand. Dogs must stay leashed; bring your own waste bags. Check the farm’s next opening notice because its current tree page thanks the previous season.
Seasonal farmstand and voucher partnership
The growing-season farmstand offers produce, pumpkins and gourds. Its separate partnership lets members choose their own farmstand goods using 20 weekly vouchers rather than collect a fixed produce box. Published packages are Bronze $160 for $200 value ($10 weekly), Silver $400 for $500 ($25 weekly), Gold $750 for $1,000 ($50 weekly) and Platinum $1,400 for $2,000 ($100 weekly). Each voucher is used once with no cash back.
The published June 22–November 8 program gives unused vouchers half value after November 9 until the season closes. Places are limited, returning members have priority and new members may apply from March 1; confirm the next program rather than revive an expired early-bird offer. These produce-share conditions do not establish a Christmas-tree discount or payment method.
Green firewood and delivery
Firewood is a separate farm service. The published green-firewood offer is $275 per cord, with 128 cubic feet to a cord and delivery to Rowley included. Orders are accepted November 1–April 30. Seasoned firewood is marked sold out on the page; confirm the available product and delivery timing with the office at 978-948-8620 before ordering.
The amounts below are added per cord outside Rowley. Plum Island belongs to the $25 zone even when the postal town is Newbury or Newburyport. Ask for a quote outside the listed towns. These delivery terms apply to firewood.
