Choose your Christmas tree.
Allen Tree Farm is a choose-and-cut farm, supplying hand saws and offering cutting assistance when needed. Tell staff as soon as you arrive if you need someone to cut your tree so they can plan around other visitors. Most mature trees are Fraser fir, generally 5–8 feet, with the tree page emphasizing 6–7 feet; a few taller trees and limited mature concolor are available.
The previous season’s published prices are $60 below 4 feet, $80 for 4–8 feet and $100 above 8 feet. Cash or checks are the only accepted payment methods. Measure your room and allow for the stand and topper before choosing; the operator recommends bringing a tape measure when seeking a taller tree. Confirm renewed prices for the announced opening.

Handling and field rules
Shaking is available to remove loose needles and leaves, and staff can help tie the tree to the vehicle roof. There is no baling. The farm no longer offers tagging and cannot guarantee that a customer-marked tree will remain uncut. Extra boughs are usually available with a tree purchase. The farm also supplies sleds for bringing the tree back and twine for securing it; you may bring your own saw if preferred.
Pets are welcome, with cleanup required. Photography sessions are arranged by email; firewood enquiries are also separate from the tree purchase. The disc-golf course is an off-season operation at a separate 0 North Road entrance, not an included Christmas-tree activity.
Visit early in the selling season
The announced opening is November 27, followed by Saturdays and Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas, 10am–4pm. Recent harvest limits have meant closing after a few selling weekends, so check stock before travelling later in December.
Use 14 North Road for tree sales. The explicit contact page gives 413-221-1643 for tree-farm questions; older numbers in a legacy footer are not substituted as the primary contact.
Disc golf outside tree season
The public disc-golf course is a 6,133-foot par 60 layout with separate access at 0 North Road. It operates dawn–dusk outside the Christmas-tree season, subject to weather closings. Posted rates are$10 per round, $15 per day or$100 for an annual membership.
Use allentreefarmdiscgolf@gmail.com or 413-221-1643 for course arrangements and check the farm’s course-status updates. A round or membership is a separate purchase; tree-season access uses 14 North Road.
