Check the available trees directly before choosing a specific species, height or format. The store’s wider tree-and-shrub inventory and planting warranty describe garden plants; they do not establish the format or guarantee for a fresh Christmas-tree purchase.

Payment and planning

Check returns for the purchase you choose
The general return policy allows three days with an itemised receipt, with plants in good condition and their tags intact. Sale items cannot be returned. Ask how the policy applies to the Christmas tree or gift you are choosing before purchase.
The one-year nursery tree-and-shrub warranty requires compost and root stimulator on the same transaction. That is a condition for eligible garden plants, rather than an automatic warranty on a cut Christmas tree. Planting and ZIP-based delivery quotations are separate landscape services; they do not establish an included Christmas-tree setup or removal.
