Choose your Christmas tree.
Front Range’s Christmas lot is on the southeast corner of Highway 83 and Highway 86 at 1964 North State Highway 83. It advertises Fraser and Concolor firs, including tall trees suited to a high ceiling. Use this lot address for fresh-cut Christmas shopping, rather than the general nursery’s Kelty Road address.
Two blocks on the seasonal page give different size ranges: the upper selection says Fraser 6.5–10 feet and Concolor 7–15.5 feet, while the lower block says Fraser 6–12 feet and Concolor 10–17 feet. Ask the operator which sizes are available before choosing a vehicle or setting out for a particular height.
Fresh-cut delivery is offered, especially for trees too large for an SUV or small truck. Arrange the delivery and its cost before purchase. A linked living-tree page also mentions Balsam fir among the fresh-cut options, so confirm that additional selection rather than assuming it appears at every sale.

Compare the published tree choices
The fresh-cut page emphasizes fragrance and tall trees, while the linked living-tree page offers locally grown Baby Blue spruce in a 5–7-foot range. A rooted tree has a different indoor-display and planting plan from a cut fir.
| Offering | What to know |
|---|---|
| Fraser fir | Upper posted range 6.5–10 feet; lower range 6–12 feet — confirm stock |
| Concolor fir | Upper posted range 7–15.5 feet; lower range 10–17 feet — confirm stock |
| Living Baby Blue spruce | Published 5–7-foot range; ask about pickup location and stock |
| Delivery | Fresh-cut delivery offered; the living-tree page specifies a 20-mile radius |
A living tree needs a shorter indoor visit
The operator asks living-tree customers to acclimate the potted tree in a garage for three days before bringing it indoors. Keep the indoor display to a maximum of 15 days and irrigate it so the soil remains moist.
After the display, return it to the garage for 5–10 days to acclimate before moving it outside. Planting is planned for a warm winter day when the ground is not frozen, with January or February given as possibilities. Installation can be arranged separately with the nursery.
The living-tree page offers delivery within 20 miles. Confirm the nursery pickup or delivery arrangements before visiting: the seasonal lot address and the nursery’s potted-tree services have different location scopes.
| Living-tree stage | Operator’s care condition |
|---|---|
| Before indoor display | Three days in the garage to acclimate |
| Indoors | Maximum 15 days; keep the tree irrigated |
| After display | Garage acclimation for 5–10 days, then outdoors |
| Planting | A warm day with unfrozen ground; separately arranged installation |
