Christmas tree farms in Minnesota
Compare Christmas tree farms in Lake Elmo, Ramsey, Lino Lakes, Delano, Hutchinson, Cambridge and Litchfield. Choose between cutting a tree in the field and selecting a pre-cut tree, then check the farm’s published dates and visit conditions before you travel.
Cut your own or choose a pre-cut tree
Krueger’s, Kavan, Jacks and Wolcyn offer both options. Hansen, KTrees and Turck’s offer choose-and-cut visits. Krueger’s requires reservations for either buying format.
Compare the price basis
Hansen publishes a flat $150 price per tree. Krueger’s uses individually tagged prices with species-based per-foot averages, while KTrees distinguishes tagged trees from untagged height rates. Check the operator’s current prices for your chosen species and height.
Plan around the opening dates
Several farms publish specific 2026 weekends rather than daily opening. Kavan’s schedule includes a Thanksgiving closure. Published opening dates do not establish tree availability, so confirm your plans with the farm before travelling.
